2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of destruction; 4 Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sits himself in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

In April 2020, Biden states it as likely that Trump would suspend November elections: “Mark my words, I think he is going to try to kick back the election somehow, come up with some rationale why it can’t be held,”.
